Request for Qualification (RFQ)-cum-Request for Proposal (RFP) are invited from eligible applicants for appointment of web application development and maintenance agency for developing a portal for online management of IP filing and related activities through a three stage selection process as defined in the tender document. Any amendment in the tender document due to decision in Pre-Proposal Conference/ extension of bid if any shall only be notified in the website of TIFAC. The proposals in sealed envelopes shall be submitted to the In-charge (F&A), Technology Information Forecasting and Assessment Council(TIFAC), (Department of Science & Technology),Vishwakarma Bhawan,’ A’ Wing, Shaheed Jeet Singh Marg, New Delhi 110016. TIFAC reserves the right to cancel any or the entire selection process without assigning any reason thereof.
