Towards carrying out the studies, study proposals in the prescribed format are invited from technically competent Academia or R&D/Technical Institutes, preferably proximate. Subsequently if necessary, requisite capacity building initiatives in the clusters may also be assigned to the Academia or R&D/Technical Institutes, preferably proximate. Study proposals need to be properly endorsed by the respective cluster Industry Associations. Proposals without endorsement of respective Industry Associations will not be accepted.
