Request for Qualification (RFQ)-cum-Request for Proposal (RFP) are invited from eligible applicants for appointment of web application development and maintenance agency for developing a portal for online management of IP filing and related activities through a three stage selection process as defined in the tender document. Study proposals need to be properly endorsed by the respective cluster Industry Associations. Proposals without endorsement of respective Industry Associations will not be accepted.
